Turkish Interior Minister Muammer Guler said that \"the Republic of Turkey did not form a delegation to receive the kidnapped Turkish public servants from terrorist organization PKK\". Guler\'s comments came at Turkish Parliament as he spoke to Turkish deputies only a day after eight Turkish public servants were freed by PKK. \" PKK by kidnapping the Turkish publicservants violated the freedom of these public servants and PKK\'s act was a crime,\" Guler stressed. \"The Turkish public servants entered Turkey not in the form of a delivery but rather as a (normal) entry from overseas,\" Guler also said.
