Two arrested for blackmailing Berlusconi

A businessman and his wife have been arrested on charges of blackmailing Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Gianpaolo Tarantini and Angela Devenuto were brought to Naples in southern Italy to be questioned by prosecutors. Meanwhile, an arrest warrant for a third person has been issued. The third, Valter Lavitola, is believed to be the link between Berlusconi and Tarantini. The blackmail allegations are linked to a sex scandal that has been surrounding Berlusconi for months. Berlusconi has repeatedly denied all of the allegations.
