The United Arab Emirates vehemently condemned last Sunday's treacherous terrorist attack which targeted Egyptian border garrisons in Sinai and resulted in 16 fatalities and 7 wounded. The UAE Foreign Minister, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, denounced the heinous crime and expressed the UAE's solidarity and solid stance with the Arab Republic of Egypt in combating extremism and terrorism. The UAE Foreign Minister expressed his condolences and sympathy to the Egyptian government and to the bereaved families of martyrs and wished those injured a speedy recovery and healing and asserted the UAE's rejection of such gruesome criminal acts.
