UAE envoy meets Somali foreign minister
UAE Ambassador to Somalia
MOGADISHU - Arab Today
Mohammed Ahmed Al Othman, the UAE Ambassador to Somalia, has met at the Embassy in Mogadishu, Abdusalam H. Omer, Somali Minister of Foreign Affairs and Investment Promotion.
During the meeting, the UAE envoy and the Somali minister reviewed bilateral relations and continuous support of the UAE to Somalia in all fields.
Accompanied by the UAE ambassador, the Somali minister visited the Sheikh Zayed Hospital and commended the UAE's support to the health sector, humanitarian, development and investment projects in Somalia.
For his part, Ambassador Al Othman thanked Omer for his valuable efforts to strengthen relations between the two countries, and the interest he takes in the UAE's continuous support to the development projects in Somalia.
He hosted a banquet in honour of the Somali minister at the embassy in Mogadishu.
