UAE president congratulates Hadi on advent of Ramadan

President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Wednesday a phone call from United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan, who congratulated Hadi on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. The UAE President also congratulated President Hadi on achievements made so far in the implementation of the historic political settlement in Yemen based on the Gulf initiative, praising the tangible progress of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC), which is - as he said - the objective and key solution to address the Yemenis\' problems. He stressed that the UAE would continue its support for Yemen at various levels in order to contribute to the success of the Gulf initiative. President Hadi highly appreciated the support of the UAE under the leadership of Sheikh Khalifa to Yemen, especially in the current difficult circumstances. Hadi indicated that Yemen\'s security and stability is strategically important to the areas of the Arabian Peninsula and Arabian Gulf.
