UAE takes part in GCC-Russian talks on Syrian crisis

Minister of Foreign Affairs H.H Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday held the Second Joint Ministerial Meeting on Strategic Dialogue between the GCC and Russia to address the latest development of the crisis in Syria. Secretary General of the 6-member GCC Abdullatif Al Zayani, senior Saudi Foreign Ministry officials, ambassadors of the GCC members to Riyadh, the Russian ambassador to Riyadh also took part in Second Joint Ministerial Meeting on Strategic Dialogue between the GCC and Russia. Lavrov began his visit to Riyadh by meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal.
