UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Monday condemned the deadly suicide attack in Yemen at a military parade rehearsal in the capital Sana\'a that killed 96 soldiers and wounded 300 more. \"The secretary-general strongly condemns the terrorist attack that took place in Sana\'a today,\" Ban\'s spokesman Farhan Haq said at a news briefing. \"This criminal act cannot be justified by any cause. Its perpetrators must be held accountable,\" Haq said. \"The secretary-general expresses his deep sympathy and condolences to the victims of this heinous act and their families, as well as to the people and government of Yemen.\"
