UN confirms absence of alternative solution for Israel and Palestine

UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has stressed that there is no alternative plan to resolve the two states solution for Israel and Palestine, stressing the need to engage the parties in good faith in the ongoing negotiations.
The spokesman for the Secretary-General, Stephane Dujarric, said that the possibility of transferring the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, could be an obstacle to the two-state solution and would be of concern to the UN Secretary-General
