UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler expressed on Friday his deep concern over shelling Benghazi Medical Center again on Thursday.
"Gravely concerned at news of ?Benghazi? Hospital shelled again. All sides must protect hospitals. Those responsible for war crime must face justice," Kobler posted on his Twitter page.
Benghazi Medical Center was targeted on Thursday while a number of special forces officers were receiving dead bodies of the Libyan army.
There are conflicting reports about deploying a missile or detonating a booby-trapped car near the medical center.
