UNAMI Calls on Iraq to Investigate "Torture and Murder" of ISIS Prisoners

The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) called on the Iraqi Government to investigate a video report which purportedly shows the brutal mistreatment and murder of ISIS members.
The video circulating on social media sites shows at least three captured ISIS members being tortured and murdered by Iraqi security forces personnel in a retaken area between Intisar and Karma neighborhoods of east Mosul.
