
Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice Abdulaziz Al-Majed arrived here on Saturday, leading an official delegation to the 29th session of the Arab Justice Ministers' Council, due to open on Monday. The meeting is scheduled to discuss the first annual report on the efforts of the Arab countries to combat human trafficking, the organ transplant regulations, the anti-cloning legislations and a draft protocol against piracy. The conferees will also mull the plan to launch an Arab court for repatriation of ill-gotten funds, Yemeni Minister of Justice Murshid Al-Arshani said. Justice Al-Arshani, the chairman of the meeting, said his country is hosting the ministerial council meeting and the meeting of the council's executive office out of keenness to promote judicial cooperation and exchange experience in this domain. The ministerial meeting will also review the regional and international mechanisms for combating terrorism, money laundering and financing for terrorism, he added
