US Charge d\'affaires in Sudan, Joseph Stafford, has commended carrying out of by-elections in Khartoum state, which began Saturday in the geographical constituencies due to death or loss of nationality following the secession of South Sudan . The US diplomat who inspected the process of elections in a number of polling stations in Omdurman told SUNA that the election process is going smoothly, expressing his pleasure over elections process .
