US envoy on North Korean human rights arrives in South Korea

The U.S. human rights envoy for North Korea arrived in South Korea on Thursday for meetings with government officials and defectors from the communist nation. During a six-day visit, Special Envoy Robert King will meet with senior officials of the presidential office, the foreign ministry and the unification ministry. He will also hold meetings with North Korean defectors living in the South, according to the foreign ministry.
