
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Friday met with US Secretary of State John Kerry on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, in Davos, to discuss the peace negotiations with the Palestinians, reported Israeli newspaper Haaretz today. The meeting was an extension of what was discussed last Monday in Washington between Kerry and the Israeli delegation to the negotiations, which included Minister Tzipi Livni and Netanyahu’s adviser Yitzhak Molcho, according to the newspaper. Palestinian delegation, headed by the negotiator, Saeb Erekat, will arrive in Washington next week to discuss with Kerry the Framework Agreement, Haaretz said.Kerry said on Thursday that the Israeli and Palestinian sides have not yet reach an understanding on the framework agreement, stressing that he would do everything in his power, to reach this agreement.
