
Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Bakr al-Qirbi headed on Tuesday to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the head of Yemeni delegation to partake in the regional anti-piracy conference, which will be held in Dubai during the period (September 11-12). Al-Qirbi said in a statement to Saba that the conference, which will be held under the slogan “ Anti-piracy is continuing to build regional capacity” comes in the framework of regional and international joint efforts for combating piracy and enhancing the protection of the international trade lines. He pointed out that the conference will review efforts of the countries participating in the conference in enhancing their national capacities , as well as the ways to achieve further cooperation and inter-coordination within the region countries.
