Yemen, US talk on joint cooperation

Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi met on Saturday with the US Ambassador to Yemen Gerald M. Feierstein. In the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and areas of joint cooperation and ways of enhancing them. They touched on the latest development at the local arena , especially the progress in the National Dialogue Conference , and emphasizing on the importance of the continued support to the transitional phase so as to achieve the desired results and to address the challenges witnessed by Yemen, particularly the economic and development challenges. Al-Qirbi and Feierstein also dealt with the issues of common concern at the regional and international arenas.
