
The Parliament reviewed, in its meeting on Thursday, report of the committees of defense and security, foreign affairs and expatriates on a draft law on prohibiting the development, production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons. The draft law prohibits anybody to develop and produce chemical weapons or obtain, possess, store, keep and transfer them directly or indirectly to anywhere. The bill also indicates to the prohibition of using the chemical weapons in any military preparations or using them in assisting, encouraging, or inciting any person or entity in any manner whatsoever to do any banned activities under this law. The parliament postponed discussion of the draft law to the coming meeting in the presence of the government side.
