Yemeni PM meets US official

Yemen's Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basendwah met here yesterday the visiting U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, William Joseph Burns. During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in Yemen and the progress made ??in implementing the political settlement process, including preparations for a conference of the comprehensive national dialogue. They also reviewed the current efforts of the Government of the National Reconciliation to overcome the current situation and deal with the challenges created by the repercussions of past events, and the international support required of brothers and friends to support these efforts.
