Yemeni President Abdu Rabbo Mansour Hadi has dismissed former regime loyalists from key military posts ahead of the arrival of U.N. special envoy Jamal Benomar. In the wake of Monday\'s bombing attack in Sanaa, President Hadi issued several presidential decrees appointing his loyalists to replace deposed President Ali Abdullah Saleh\'s men. Gen. Fadhl Yahya bin Naji al-Qawsi is now Commander of the Central Security Forces replacing Gen. Abdul-Malek al-Taib and Mohamed Juami\'a al-Khadhr replaced Gen. Ammar Mohamed Saleh, one of Saleh\'s nephews, as Deputy of National Security Agency for Foreign Affairs Sector. Al-Masdar online said the move created widespread anger amongst loyalists of the former president.
