Dozens of Palestinian university students were injured during clashes with Israeli occupation forces at a checkpoint north of the West Bank city of Ramallah, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society.
It said Birzeit University students marched toward the checkpoint, outside the Jewish settlement of Beit El, to protest the killing of fellow student, Mohammad Ghanem, who was shot and killed by Israeli police in Jerusalem on Friday.
