10 militants killed, 2 arrested in Aden army command attack

The Military forces have thwarted a terrorist attack on amilitary command in the southern province of Aden, killing ten militants, a militaryofficial said Wednesday.The militants started the attack by detonating an explosives-laden car at the gate ofthe 4th military region command's headquarters and fired on the troops.The situation in the command's headquarters is under full control, the official said,adding that two of the attackers were arrested.Six soldiers were killed, and six others were injured in the attack, which also causedthe death of a citizen and wounding five others, the official said.
