
Over 17 Libyans were injured Sunday in renewed heavy clashes in Kikla town west of the Libyan capital Tripoli.
In a press statement, spokesman of Fajr Libya (Libya Dawn) Operation said the town is being pounded with mortar shells indiscriminately since Friday.
The hospital received Sunday 17 people who were wounded in the raging clashes, Dr Abdelfatah Hanaba, a doctor at a makeshift hospital in Kikla said.
He added that some of the cases had critical injuries and were transferred to nearby hospitals.
