
As many as 194 Egyptian workers were released Monday after they were detained in Libyan Misrata city for illegally migrating to the Arab country.
Official at the illegitimate migration combat apparatus Mohamed el Baqar told MENA that 194 Egyptians were released after being detained during the last two months.
The Egyptian workers arrived Monday to the general administration for illegitimate migration in Tripoli, el Baqar said, adding that their deportation measures were completed in cooperation with the Egyptian Embassy.
They are from Minya, Sohag, Assiut, Fayyoum and Damietta governorates, he stressed.
