
Two civilians were killed and 20 others, some of them children, were injured in terrorist mortar attack on al-Salihiye neighborhood in Damascus.
SANA’s field reporter said that one civilian was killed and six others were injured when a mortar round fired by terrorist fell in Ashraf avenue in al-Salihiye, causing fire to erupt in three cars and a residential building, in addition to causing material damage to shops.
One civilian was also killed and 14 were injured by a mortar round fired by terrorist which landed in May 29 Street, causing material damage to shops and five parked cars.
A source at the Police Command confirmed this information. 20 injured people were admitted to al-Muwasat Hospital, two of them children ages 2 and 4, in addition to 8 women.
Terrorists fired a number of mortar shells on Jaramana and Harasta Suburb in Damascus Countryside, injuring two citizens and causing material damage.
A source at the Police Command told SANA that a number of mortar shells fired by terrorists fell on al-Janain neighborhood in Jaramana city, injuring two citizens and causing material damage to a house and a number of cars.
The source added that another shell hit the area surrounding Harasta Suburb roundabout, causing material damage to the area without any human casualties.
Four civilians were injured when terrorists fired mortar shells at al-Wafidin Camp in Damascus Countryside.
A source at the Police Command told SANA that terrorists fired 20 mortar rounds which landed in various areas in the camp, injuring four people and causing material damage to homes, shops, and cars.
Another terrorist mortar attack in a residential neighborhood in Damascus Countryside left a civilian injured, in addition to causing material damage.
A Police Command source told SANA that 5 mortar shells fired by terrorists landed in Kashkoul neighborhood in the countryside of Damascus, injuring a citizen.
The source said the attack also caused material damage to a number of shops and cars.
