3 killed, 13 injured in Egypt Friday\'s clashes

Three people were killed while 13 others injured during Friday's clashes in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Fayyoum and Minya, the Health Ministry said in a press release. Five of the wounded were discharged from hospitals while the others are still receiving treatment.
