
Three people were killed and six others injured after a wanted man blew himself up when the army raided his house in northern Lebanon.
The wanted Mohammad Hamzeh blew himself up on Saturday when a force of the Lebanese Army carried out a raid in Deir Amar village to arrest him. He killed, in addition to himself, his mother Hasna Hamzeh and his niece Israa Mohammad Al-Sayyed and wounded his sister, Safaa Hamzeh, in addition to a number of servicemen, the National News Agency reported.
The red-cross announced that they transferred six wounded people from the place where the blast took place during the raid.
