300 Palestinians head for al-Aqsa Mosque

As many as 300 Palestinian worshipers left the Gaza Strip, heading for the occupied East Jerusalem to perform the Friday prayers in Al Aqsa Mosque, one of Islam’s holiest sites.
They would cross Erez Crossing between the Gaza Strip and Israel.
The crossing is partially opened by the Israeli forces every Friday to allow elderly people to perform Friday prayers there.
