
Egypt's ministers of social solidarity, youth and sports, education and culture launched on Tuesday the second phase of a youth campaign dubbed (Choose Your Life).
The campaign comes as part of a national plan to combat addiction, which was adopted by the Cabinet and currently implemented in cooperation between the Social Solidarity Ministry, the Egyptian Armed Forces' Morale Affairs Department and the Fund for Drug Control and Treatment of Addiction.
Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali said the campaign aims at spreading awareness about dangers of drug addiction in 2,000 schools nationwide.
Director of the Armed Forces' Morale Affairs Department Major General Mohsen Abdel Nabi and several Egyptian actors participated in the launching ceremony.
