Eight members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group have been arrested for 15 days pending further investigation.
They face charges of rioting, demonstration without police permission and chanting anti-police and -army slogans.
The terrorist group demonstrated in Sidi Salem, Kafr el-Sheikh calling for the return of ousted president Mohamad Morsi to office.
