9 casualties in Israeli airstrike

Five people were killed while four others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on the Gaza Strip, said media sources here Thursday. According to local Gaza radio stations, several airstrikes were launched against targets within the Gaza Strip, adding that property damage was reported as a result of the attack. The injured were transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment. The Israeli Army claims that the airstrikes target Palestinian activists who launch rockets towards Israel.
