
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al Abadi on Monday inspected a camp for displaced people in Erbil, to follow up conditions of Iraqi who were displaced from areas occupied by Daesh.
Abadi said that the government is making every effort to help the displaced people to return to their cities and homes.
We are doing our best to eliminate Daesh terrorists and liberate all Iraqi cities from their control, the Iraqi prime minister added.
He said that the Iraqi military has achieved notable successes on the ground and will continue with their operations to liberate all areas currently occupied by Daesh.
At least 250,000 displaced Iraqis have been sheltered in 26 refugee camps in Kurdistan region, according to government's statistics.
