
H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Board of the Emirates Identity Authority today said the leaders of the UAE want to have the world's eyes set on the UAE for its advanced and highly competitive government services.
He was speaking after he unveiled a plaque showing a five-star federal government rating for a service centre of the Emirates Identity Authority in Rashidiya area in Dubai.
Sheikh Hazza said the Emirates Identity Authority's achievements were in line with directives of the country's wise leader.
He praised the UAE leaders for prioritising human welfare and harness all capabilities to elevate the standards of living and improve services.
Noting that the star rating system launched by the government in 2011 has had significant impact on government work and customer service, Sheikh Hazza urged the staff of the Emirates Identity Authority to take innovative initiatives to upgrade services to seven-star rating.
