ACA arrests 3 nurses for stealing cancer drugs

The Administrative Control Authority (ACA) arrested three nurses for seizing EGP 500,000-worth tranquilizers used in the treatment of cancer and selling them.
The three nurses are working in a cancer treatment center affiliated with Menoufia University.
One of them forged official documents saying that her husband is a cancer patient and that he is being treated at the center to take the drugs.
Prosecution decided to remand the trio in custody for 15 days pending investigations.
