
The People's National Assembly (Lower House) will hold Thursday, September 18th a plenary session devoted to oral questions and another session Monday, September 22nd for the adoption of the list of vice-chairpersons, the assembly said Sunday in a statement.
The office of the Lower House submitted, at a meeting chaired by Speaker of the assembly Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa, to the permanent competent committees, six bills introduced by the Government as to discuss them."
According to the same source, the "bill on Social Insurance, the bill establishing alimony fund, the bill on the protection of the child, the bill defining the general rules for the electronic signature and certification, in addition to the bill on the modernization of justice and the bill amending the Criminal code."
Besides, the office of the Lower House noted during the meeting, "two responses of the Government on the proposal of a law amending law on the establishment of national holidays and a bill amending the Law on associations," the statement added.
