
Kuwaiti Ambassador to France Ali Suleiman Al-Saeed was appointed Dean of the Arab diplomatic corps in France, succeeding the outgoing Saudi Ambassador Mohammad bin Ismael Al-Sheikh.
Al-Saeed, who held a ceremony to honor Al-Sheikh with the presence of Arab diplomats, praised the Saudi Ambassador's efforts and his role in holding dialogue between Arab and French officials for 12 years.
He lauded Al-Sheikh in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday.
Moreover, he hailed the work of Al-Sheikh in helping Arab Ambassadors to communicate with their international counterparts in France. The Kuwaiti Ambassador also noted the importance of developing cooperation among his Arab counterparts in resolving issues of mutual concern.
