Arab coalition warjets on Wednesday shelled targets for Houthis and loyalists to former Yemeni president Ali Abdallah Saleh.
Eyewitnesses said the shelling hit the premises of the Yemeni Armed Forces Command in Tahrir street in central Sanaa, a maintenance camp, the camps of the central security troops and the republican guards in Negm mountains in eastern the capital.
Sounds of strong explosions were heard in the capital since the early hours of Wednesday.
The Arab coalition planes late Tuesday shelled the premises of the central security forces in Al Sabaeen street in Sanaa.
Coalition forces have been bombing Houthi-held areas since March in support of the exiled government, which was driven from power in March by Houthi fighters who have since taken over much of the country.
