Arab League (AL) Deputy Secretary-General Ahmed Bin Heli on Monday took part in a session of the committee of political, foreign affairs and national security of the Arab Parliament.
During the session, Bin Heli briefed the members on priorities of the joint Arab action in the light of decisions taken by the last Arab Summit in Sharm El Sheikh summit and the next session, slated for March in Rabat.
He hailed roles played by the Arab Parliament and its head Ahmed Al Jarwan as an important institution of the joint Arab action's system.
The Arab Parliament makes wide contacts with MPs all over the world on the Palestinian cause, the terrorism and challenges faced by the Arab world, Bin Heli said.
For his part, Jarwan affirmed keenness to boost coordination between the Arab League and the Arab Parliament.
