Arab league supports Yemen\'s anti-militants efforts

The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States hasexpressed its support for the efforts undertaken by the Yemeni army andgovernment to fight Al-Qaeda terrorist organization.In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Arab League confirmed its full solidarity withYemen in the operations, which are carryed out to restore the security and stabilityin different parts of the country, praising the cooperation of the Yemeni tribes inconfronting the terrorist groups.The General Secretariat also expressed its support for the UN Security Council'sstatement, which condemned the terrorist bombings in Yemen and stressed the needto bring all those involved in these criminal acts to trial.It called on the international community to support Yemen's anti-terrorism efforts,in order to eliminate this phenomenon, which threatens efforts to achieve security,stability and national reconciliation in Yemen and the security of the region as awhole.
