Arab parliament condemns Lebanon attack

The Arab Parliament strongly condemned on Saturday the terrorist bombing targeting Internal Security Forces (ISF) checkpoint in Bekaa region, south of Lebanon, on Friday killing one person and injuring several others.
Those cowardly terrorist attacks only serve external malicious schemes aimed to destabilize Lebanon and progress through conflicts between the political parties and national unity, said Speaker of the Arab Parliament Ahmad Bin Mohammad Al-Jarwan.
Al-Jarwan called on all Lebanese groups to be wise, calm and united, in order to defeat terrorism and prevent it from achieving its objectives.
On Friday, an attack was carried out by a suicide bomber targeting a security zone in Dahr al-Baydar area between Bekaa region and Beirut, killing one person and injuring 32 others.
