The head of Al Ashraf - the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad - el Sayyed Mahmoud el Sherif warned Friday of the spread of sedition among Muslims.
He strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Al Imam Al Sadeq Mosque in al Sawaber neighborhood in Kuwait city earlier today.
In statements to MENA, el Sherif expressed regret that the attack took place in the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
Such heinous acts will not prevent people form fighting terrorism, he noted.
El Sherif offered his heartfelt condolences to the Kuwaiti government, hoping a speedy recovery for the injured.
