
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned the terror explosion that targeted the Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in Libya.
"Such a criminal blast is deemed a blatant violation of all international norms and laws that stipulate affording the necessary protection to all diplomatic missions and ensuring they are not targeted," the Ministry said in a statement.
"The Ministry warns against the continuity of such criminal acts that compound crises and add more onuses on the legitimate government in the sisterly State of Libya that strives hard in order to achieve security and stability all over the country.
"The Ministry reiterates its strong condemnation and absolute rejection of all forms and manifestations of terrorism regardless of their causes or justification and stresses the need to muster regional and international efforts to eradicate it and to dry up its sources of financing."
