
Deputy Public Security Chief Major-General Naji Fahd Al-Hashil has patronised here yesterda, in the presence of the Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Victor Smirnov, the graduation ceremony of a session on the basics of the Russian Language, organised by the Royal Academy of Police for five weeks.
The Deputy Public Security Chief expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and the Public Security Chief for their constant keenness to provide all training and educational needs of the Bahraini security cadres, noting that implementing advanced scientific and training programmes aim to upgrade the competence of the Interior Ministry’s affiliates.
Major-General Al-Hashil lauded the advanced level of the on-going cooperation between the Interior Ministry and the Russian Embassy in Manama, which will boost the existing Bahraini-Russian friendship relations.
He commended the efforts exerted by those in charge of the session, wishing them and the graduates further success in serving the homeland.
The Russian envoy described holding the session as an "outstanding" step that will open up new horizons of bilateral cooperation for the common interests of the two friendly peoples.
