Minister of the Interior, Lt-Gen, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, today received Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Sec-Gen, Dr. Abdullateef Al-Zayani.
The Interior Minister hailed the active role by the GCC Secretariat in the development of the GCC joint action in the field of security, as well as in following up the implementation of the GCC leaders' resolutions.
Al Zayani praised the Interior Ministry's efforts in maintaining Bahrain's security and stability and commended the Minister's visions in regard to the development of Gulf security coordination.
