Bahraini interior minister receives royal guard commander

Minister of Interior, Lt-Gen Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, today received Royal Guard Commander, Chairman of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Nasser bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, in the presence of Public Security Chief, Maj-Gen, Tariq Al Hassan.
The parties discussed bolstering Bahrain's security, programmes and activities in the field of youth security, enhancing values of patriotism among the youth and employing their aptitudes in the interest of the nation.
Interior Minister hailed sport achievements led by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in local, regional and international forums, and the voluntary and charitable work through chairing the Royal Charity Organisation, which have contributed to strengthening the spirit of challenge, resolve and excellence among Bahraini youth.
Interior Minister commended qualities of humbleness, commitment, discipline and shouldering responsibility Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad enjoys that have made him a role model for the Bahraini youth, wishing him further successes.
