3. Nabeel bin Yacoub Al-Hamer - Advisor for Media Affairs
4. Dr. Mohammed Ali bin Al-Sheikh Al-Sitri - Advisor for Legislative Affairs

The Royal Court Minister shall implement the Royal Order which takes effect as per the date of its issuance and promulgation in the Official Gazette.
