
The Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt also Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, said the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty's presence during Egypt's Economic Conference on top of a large delegation, including major private sector firms and businessmen, is a confirmation of the close fraternal ties between the two leaderships, governments and peoples, the common destiny and firm desire to accomplish the aspirations of Egyptian people for more prosperity and stability.
Speaking to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa said that His Majesty the King keenness to attend the conference in person met vast official and people's echoes, appreciation and pride in Egypt as this Royal participation represents an extension of genuine supportive Bahraini stances vis-à-vis the brethren and contribution in implementing Egypt's Future Roadmap.
The ambassador said Bahrain and all brotherly and friendly countries will never procrastinate to participate in any contribution or demonstration of support to restore Egypt to its normal place, praising the honourable stances of Egypt and its people towards Bahrain's and Gulf region's security, citing Egypt's big leading role in the service of the Arab and Islamic nations and their just causes and boosting the Arab cooperation march.
He said the conference is compatible with the inclinations of Bahrain's government led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister with support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, regarding entering into leading developmental projects and opening up the field for new investments inside and abroad as part of diversification of national revenue resources.
The Kingdom's ambassador in Egypt has expressed optimism the conference will conclude in the aspired outcomes in boosting the Bahraini-Egyptian ties in the economic aspects and to create more opportunities for cooperation and investment, especially as the Egyptian government offered many encouraging facilitations and incentives, aspiring that the conference will come up with core outcomes which will contribute in attracting investment influx and developing the business environment.
