His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has affirmed the government’s plans to meet the needs of the villages of the Northern Governorate, asserting that they are included within its agenda and projects.
The citizens’demands and expectations are our agenda, and top the priorities of government action, he said, explaining that the needs of the citizens of the Northern Governorate and Hamad Town are included in the government’s future programme or are being implemented according to the pre-set plans.
HRH Premier asserted that Bahrain is a cohesive tightly-knit one family society, whose members hold no grudge against each other, and whose cohesion and co-existence cannot be affected, calling for the need to unify stances and mobilise all efforts towards the building of the homeland.
He voiced the stances as he received here today a delegation from the inhabitants of the Northern Governorate villages representing Sehla, Abu Quwa, Deraz, Bani Jamra, Jabalat Habchi, Salmabad, Hourat Ali and Hamad Town, led by MPs Jalal Kadhem Al-Mahfoudh, Abdulhameed Abdulhussain Al Najjar and Ghazi Faisal Al Rahmah.
HRH Premier said the delegation is a gathering of good whose members wanted to convey a message affirming the Bahraini society’s cohesion and rallying behind the nation and its leadership, and therefore thwarted the efforts of all those bet on their ability to undermine Bahrain’s cohesive social fabric and united people.
All members of the Bahraini society are my sons, and I feel extremely happy and overjoyed when I meet them and meet their aspirations. They are the most precious assets of this nation, and deserve all efforts exerted for their sake, he told the audience.
HRH Premier warned of those seeking to undermine national unity using various means.
Such people are unhappy with the solidarity, love and fraternity prevailing across the Bahraini society, and we affirm to them that their grief and disappointment will not end for the Bahraini people is fortified enough against them, he also said.
Members of the popular delegation of the Northern Governorate’s villages lauded HRH Premier’s crucial role in the Kingdom’s proggress and sustainable development, care for the citizens for decades, and keeenness to reach out to them and remove all obstacles facing them, affirming that he has assumed national duties exceptionally well.
They affirmed, on behalf of the Northern Governorate’s villages, that all the citizens across the governorate value highly HRH Premier and his landmark achievements for the nation and its citizens, stressing that he has always been the main supporter of citizen-oriented development programmes.
They asserted that the government, under HRH Premier’s leadership, has met the needs of the citizens across the kingdom’s villages and regions.
They expressed confidence that HRH Premier will spare no effort to meet the housing, service, health and education needs of the Northern Governorate they had presented to him during the audience.
