
President of Bahrain Self-Defence Federation, Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Khayat, has met a number of karate trainers in Bahrain, in the presence of the Director of the game, Abdul Jalil Al-Ansari.
The meeting aims to enhance the game and strengthen communication with self-defense clubs in Bahrain.
Al-Khayat praised the trainers' efforts in encouraging young Bahrainis to join the game and to raise their sport capabilities.
He added the meeting aimed to enhance information about the needs of the self-defence clubs in order to study them and develop solutions and plans to conform with Bahrain's prestigious sport standing.
He reviewed steps to implement the visions and aspirations of the President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to improve the programmes and activities of self-defence.
