Beheira security bodies managed to bring back a child to his family after being kidnapped in return for a 100,000-pound ransom.
The four-year-old boy was abducted while playing outside his house Sunday evening.
His father, a well-off farmer, told policemen that abductors phoned him to ask for a 100,000-pound ransom.
Police began investigations to find that four persons, including a 40-year-old woman, were behind the kidnap.
Police cracked down on the place where one of the kidnappers and his wife were holding the child.
The defendants confessed that they decided to kidnap the boy because they are suffering from financial problems.
The car used in the kidnap was also seized.
