
The body of a soldier killed in the Friday terrorist attack on an army checkpoint in North Sinai was found on Saturday, security source said.
The source added that citizens of Arish city have found the body of private Mohamed Abd el Kareem, 22, on the southeast of the north Sinai's city of Arish.
The source noted that the conscript, whose hometown is Maghagha district in the Upper Egyptian province of Minya, was shot in the head.
In the meantime, a soldier of the attacked checkpoint has survived the attack and ran away to a deserted area then came back today, the source underscored.
